This small 'mod' (if you can even call it that) allows you to pick a maximum of 99 traits, it does not modify the points you get to spend on picks however, making it slightly less cheaty than my 'Traits Unlimited' mod!

*WARNING*
Currently, the AI gets the same deal as you, resulting in the randomized AIs getting the same bonuses as you

*TEMPORARY FIX(thanks to @SneakyBallz)*
Launch the game with the mod enabled, design your empire and save it so you can select it in the empire selection screen, exit the game and launch it again without the mod enabled, pick the empire you've just made and start the game.

I think the AI not having a traits limit cap just like the player is fine, as long as it doesn't lead to negative game performance

Don't bother.

Due to the fact that Machi seems uninterested in updating this mod, I have a fix.

Go to Steam/steamapps/common/stellaris/common/defines

Open the "00_defines.lau" with Notepad ++

Under "NSpecies" change the "Max Traits" to 99.
