Anyway, if anyone can provide that fix over again, it would be appreciated. Please just upload a fixed version of the mod; if the original author suddenly emerges to complain, you can always take it down, but if the original author never emerges you can't get permission from them. From looking at what games are listed as "recently played" on the author's profile, it looks like they've abandoned Stellaris altogether (but this is weak evidence at best), and there is literally no way to know except to somehow get in touch with them.
This matter occupies a sweet spot wherein I deem it worthy of whining over but not worthy of attempting to get ahold of this person myself, not really knowing what to say anyway...
