Description
I give you the place that Spain loves to hate, Gibraltar!

Not intended to be 100% accurate but nevertheless created with real world height data, this has been upscaled by about 10% to make it a bit more playable within the limits of Skylines.

The area covers all of the Algeciras Bay area in the west to the rock of Gibraltar in the East. I recommend you get the 'unlock 25 tile mod' to make full use of this map as of course half of it is over water. However, the starting square is up and right one square from the center around where the center of the town 'La Linea' is in real life. Therefore if you want to stick to 9 tiles, you can do so by remaining on the right of the map.

Map is set in the tropical theme and includes all resources along with road, rail, air and of course sea connections.

Notes:
I just managed to make the starting square have its lower left hand corner over water so you can have a sewage outlet (poo cannon). Thought i'd mention it as at first glance it looks like there is nowhere to put one.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake in one of the main road connections in the north. Its nothing major, just that one of the exit sliproads is the wrong way round for some reason. This doesnt stop traffic from entering your city but will restrict exit to only the north east until you can get up there and correct it. See pic to show exactly what I mean,
