With the glass i just apply a $alpha to it at 0.2 percent transparency

The reason why I say this is that I am out of room for uploads, and I actually had to remove all the enviromental textures to get it to go up. If I add more, the model won't update and will be lost forever...

There are 3 glass textures, door door2 and door3.vtf, Use gimp clean up the glass of one of them to your liking and replace the texture, then knock yourself out.
