Deployable riot guards

Description
You can deploy Riot Guards directly from the staff menu.
However, they immediately try to leave the map, so you have to keep them moving.

you know
we could just do that with the spawn menu
and the reason i'm looking for riot guard mods is because of that very reason
they always exit the map
i want one to act like a guard (and preferably get the armed guards to act the same aswell)
