Custom System Skybox (PJS KSP Skybox)

Description
Replaces the current system skybox with a custom new look. Potentially referred to as a system background or cubemap.

Built with care using GIMP and the DDS plugin with DTX1 compression at 2048x2048. 4096x4096 does not seem to be currently supported by Stellaris.

Can this be updated?
As of now I am having an issue that background does not fit and there are visible artifacts with connection seams.

Looks good. Such a shame, though, that solar systems don't generate with a random skybox. At the very least you might expect stars in a nebula to have a different skybox.
