This theme set was a wish from the RCTW-Forum community and is inspired by the amsterdam canal houses. Every single file of the 38 assets is grid aligned and can be easily build. You have a bunch of options for wall decorations. From different mouldings for the roof, over a lot of decors for the walls to cable controls. You will miss nothing!

The top facts:

- Boats for water: It's a little bit difficult to set it right, because it's hard to hit the grid. The depth of the water is not regular.
- Animated swan: Here it is the same like the boat. Kinda difficult to set, but the best thing is that the swan is spline-based animated. They swim unregular on the water surface. It looks so beautiful! There are also unanimated swans for the ground. Because no swan can swim 100000000 hours.
- Shop Front: Now it's possible to hide the front of a shop. Simply take the shop front in the style of the standard walls and set the new "Dutch Fries" Logo over it. Don't forget to rename your shop into it. The toughts of your peeps will now display "Mhmmmmm Dutch Fries is so yummy!"
- Smoking chimney: You remember the smoke which comes out of the coffeeshop? The chimney has one smoke particle filter too.
