FTL Balance Mod

Description
Some tweaks to make ftl more in line with how me and my friend feel like they should be. I haven't touched Wormholes, instead trying to make the others better.

Definitions:
Windup - time it takes to enter ftl not travel
Winddown - time it takes to exit ftl once you're there

Warp:
Warp has greatly increased range, but I've tried to keep windup and windown times equal to vanilla relative to the percent of max range traveled. I.E. traveling max distance in vanilla should have about the same windup and windown times as traveling max distance with this mod. I have not changed speed of the ships, I wanted them to feel slow. Please let me know if they are too sluggish.

Hyperlanes:
I felt that being able to ftl from anywhere didn't really make up for the fact that your limited to the hyperlane network. Default windup time is the same as jump, which has a significant number more advantages. I've toned down the windup time, and just like vanilla there is still no winddown time. I feel this might be too fast, so let me know.

Jump/Psi-Jump:
Once I got this I felt it was really underwhelming. For a dangerous tech, it really didn't feel like it had much advantage over just using wormholes. I might have gone a bit nuts here, but I tripled the distance. This allows Psi-Jump to actually reach most of the galaxy. I've also increased the windup time to compensate here, to a month. Basically I wanted it to be good for getting large military forces across the galaxy, but you wouldn't really need/use such a dangerous tech for science and construction ships.

I did very little testing on this, just a test game to make sure they were all were working and catch anything egregious. It's mostly on the workshop so my friend can download it. But, if you want to give it a go, I would love feedback and would be more than happy to improve upon it.

Fantastic! I've been hoping for a buff to the hyperdrivess for a while; they felt so underwhelming considering the tradeoffs you make.
