Navmesh for gm_chaparral_ftrp_edit (necessary for nexbots) W.I.P.

Description
This addon contains a work in progress version of a navmesh for gm_chaparral_ftrp_edit, necessary to make nextbots work. I will progressively update this addon with more complete version of the navmesh until the full covering of the map.

The navmeshed area are the blue ones, you can see them if you enter "nav_edit 1" in the console

By areas currently navmeshed. Is the blue area, the area navmeshed? Or is it the yellow area?
