Description
OK so yeah the name may not be all that great, but it's based off the fact that this test revolves around the Hardlight bridges as shield walls. This Test Chamber is in the Overgrown style.

The player has one Portal at the start and uses Momentum for the most of the test chamber.

This test chamber involves:
Momentum
Laser Walls
Fizzlers
Hard Light Bridges
An Excursion Funnel
Thermal Discouragement Beams
Ariel Faith Plates

This map was meant as a contest entry for the ThinkingWithPortals.com in 2011. So please enjoy this map as much as I did making it.

Interesting & different map. I like how it makes you look around and scan the whole place. The final sequence after you get the portal gun seemed a little unnecessary. Thanks for making!

This is a really great map my only critism is that gathering up the 3 cubes at the end was a little tedious.

The part a 3:13, I found a portaling glitch to reach that portion and never extended the light bridge like that. Probably better a grate than a light bridge to block me from dropping to that section. I totally forgot about the light bridge that points down to the autoportal (orange) object. Otherwise very challenging map.

Wow! Complex and challenging! Hard but worth it in the end.

YES! Finally I solved this chamber! (I used not hints. :D ) Though I think I got the last cube the way that was not intended.... Ah well. Nice job on this chamber. Love it.

I like the back tracking. Does more with less space instead of a completely linear map.

Thanks for your kind words. In terms of detail and design, I'd have to say that this is one of my best maps. In terms of playability though, it probably my worst. I'm glad to hear feedback like that from someone. So again, thank you.

Wow. I was able to get thru without any hints or v.w.t. I thought that this map was very well designed, and conveyed nearly the perfect atmosphere. Im overjoyed at not having someones idea of suitable music forced down my throat - thankyou for not putting me thru that. I hate singleportal maps because of non-improvisable solutions, poor timing bits and backtracking. This map does suffer from backtracking and awkward timing (due to being s-p, and that killed most of the atmosphere/took me out of the realm of Portal for me. It became a task. That was only slightly helped by getting full control later on. Im still giving it a thumbs up. and favouriting. I never know if anyone looks at commenter favourites, but this one is on my list purely on design - I dont think there is a better s-p map out there, and I hate all of them!!!. Thanks for making it... I think. Cheers.

Also posted on TWP, but thought you may not check your maps often. My solution.
