Organic Culture Transmission No Vanilla Culture Conversion Patch
A Culture Conversion Alternative

Updated for 1.17.x.x

Description:
This patch modifies Organic Culture Transmission to prevent vanilla culture conversion by both the AI and player. Culture conversion and hybridized culture conversion is still active via OCT mechanics.
You need to activate it in the mod list along with OCT to get it to work.

Compatibility:
You can use this patch with all other mods EXCEPT those that make similar changes to the defines.lua
This mod requires no DLC but can be used with all DLC

Is there a version of this mod that allows the player to culture convert, but not the AI?

That would be awesome! Thanks! I like to play as true empires in the truest senses as possible, that means as culturally diverse as possible (meaning that I prefer other cultures to stay in tact, including within my own Colonial nations, but I cultural convert as an absolute last resort). Is there also a way to keep AI nations besides your own colonies from colonizing provinces, and for native nations to not be able to migrate?
