Description
Official Extension to push out balance changes inbetween ns2 builds.

Current Changes:

Fixed a server script error occuring whit hallucinations.
Fixed that the client crashed when using D3D11 while the player created a web as Gorge.
Fixed that the techtree did not resolve dependencies correctly causing some techs not to update correctly
