Gaston Charger voice and music mod

Description
a mod i created which replaces all the lines and noises of the charger with quotes from the character Gaston from Disney's Beauty and the beast, this mod also replaces the music that plays when the charger is pummeling you with part of the Gaston song from the same movie
I worked hard to get this right but im not perfect so if anyone finds a bug or a glitch please let me know in the ocmments and i will fiix it
