Average's Randomized Homeworlds (Beta 1.1 Compatible)

Description
A simple mod that i made to add in Customized and random homeworld sizes. Currently only is supporting the new Beta patch. Working on getting a better JPG for the mod title.

Feel free to leave comments and suggestions below.

Will be doing some more mods if i can figure out how to draw ships and things of that nature.

Hmm well can u be more specific? And do you have any other mods running that change how the home world or starting system is generated?

I always get 16 sized homeworld. V1.1
