UA: Apostles of Independence: From the Renaissance on, 20% of your cities’s Culture contributes towards a random Cultural Great Person every turn. Great Work Culture contributes towards Golden Ages, during which City Defense is increased by 25%.

UU: Mambi: Replaces Rifleman. Can build Farms, Pastures, and Plantations. When stationed on a luxury, the tile gains Culture equal to its gold. May upgrade into a mounted version of itself on Horse tiles. While mounted, the Mambi gains a +33% Combat Bonus against Gun Units, receives defensive terrain bonuses, and Golden Age points from kills.

UB: Malecon: Replaces Lighthouse. In additon to regular bonuses, +1 Culture on Sea Resources and receive a random Great Work slot upon construction.
