Low Profile Kobra

Description
Fixed and improved version of baz00ka's Low Profile Kobra

If you used the original Low Profile Kobra mod long enough you'll notice the GOD DANG smoothing errors and the lack of a proper worldmodel. I fixed those.

Compatible with Retextures.

I'm assuming the same thing can't be replicated with the 553 and other optic models.
