ARCHER's Lana Kane Voicepack v1.1

I mean no disrespect to Zuff McGruff and his Lana Kane voicepack -- also available on Steam Workshop -- by uploading an alternative to his version, but I began this project with the intention of doing a full set of Archer characters (minus Cyril), and Lana is one of those characters. Zuff's tutorial on YouTube taught me how to make voicepacks in the first place and I urge any-one interested to check it out.

- Reduced bit rate audio samples from 44100 Mhz to 22050 Mhz with no audible loss in quality. This reduces file size and load on the game.
- Added tweaked sound banks so that less utilized samples are heard more often.
