Doctor Robotnik has turned into a bloated, overly round monstrosity, and lost his mustache! Unlucky for you, he's mistaken the human survivors for Sonic and friends, and is out to spoil your adventure.

Changes all of the Boomer's sounds to Doctor Robotnik's voice lines from Sonic Adventure 1. This includes the female boomer too, don't ask how.

Sorry for the small hitches and static noises, don't know how to fix those. Guess the sound files don't like it when you add in replacement audio that dosen't fit the length of the original. Hopefully you'll be able to look past them (as you'll barely be able to hear them ingame with all the gunfire and background noise).
