Grunt Birthday Party

Description
This addon adds the Grunt Birthday Party skull from the popular Halo series into Garry's Mod.

Any time you get a headshot you get a fun sound and a spray of confetti.

Commands
Players can use the command gbp_enable set to 1 or 0 to enable or disable Grunt Birthday Party.

@Smoke - Nope. The audio was found online and the confetti and code were both made by me. Though they might look similar because they're both imitating the same thing

There's an error when I disable it. I set gbp_enable to 0, but the sounds keep playing when I get a head shot. The confetti is invisable but the sounds still play.

@Woonus Sure. It should be updated now. Set gbp_enable to 0 in console to disable it.
