To High Commonwealth City Planner:
Dear Sir or Madam, congratulations on your promotion to High City Planner. Word of your success has reached every corner of the Administration and spirits are high. You may think of this as a puppet position, something for the council to politically swing against our High King, but worry not. This latest assignment is perfect for a person of your expendability.

You may have heard of the rumors going around lately. Recently a large region to the north has been opened up by our military for resettlement. We must inform you that these rumors are true. The Holy Plateau has been reclaimed. You are now being immediately deployed to the region to personally oversee the resettlement. From this point forward you are officially representing the council. Your goals will be to rebuild the regions infrastructure and prepare housing for at least 100,000 displaced families. Failure will mean instant disbarment and banishment.

By the time you reach your destination the region will already be open to civilian traffic. Welcome to the Administration, High Planner. Good luck on your assignment.
