Description
Block Count: 158

EDIT: I heavily recommend you try my newer single engine plane, this aircraft is old and pretty much outclassed by my newer builds.

This aircraft was built with beginners in mind. With v0.30 dropping soon, I'd thought I'd make an 100% vanilla aircraft, for all the new players coming to the game.
This compact plane has a low part count, so is mostly lag free, it is also easy to control and smooth to fly.
This model is armed with two cannons and a bomb missile.

As mentioned this simple plane is 100% vanilla, anyone can build this machine, it was built using 1/4 block and half block placements, with the framerate placement glitch. The fan speed was achieved by copying the speed of a motor wheel set to 2.00x to the fan.

All the control surfaces on this plane are RTC (return to centre), if you want to change the controls, re-map the pistons, piston speed can also be increased for more responsive controls.

Hope you enjoy, please leave a rating!

Controls:
R shift: Toggle Engine (Recommended on at all times, this is cruising speed)
L shift: Accelerate (this will also make the aircraft climb, useful for reaching higher altitude)
L Ctrl: Decelerate (will slow air speed in order to land)
Up and Down keys: Control Pitch
Left and Right keys: Roll left or right
Q and E keys: Yaw left or right (combine with roll for best results)
1 and 2 keys: Raise or lower landing gear
R key: Launch missile
F key: Change views (has a pretty cool cockpit view)
C key: Fire cannons (best used with infinite ammo)

Tips:
This plane takes off very quickly, needs very little runway, just gently pitch up as the tail rises. That or simply retract the landing gear when the tail begins to rise.
Should work fine at 100% speed, also works well at slower speeds, 90% and 80% are good for more controlled flight.

Skinpacks used, (note can be used without skinpacks):
Shade's Sterling Silver Texture

MaxTCC's Monochromatic Pack

WingsOfBirds's, WW2 Propeller

@Flowey the Flower, this one actually is the sterling silver one, mixed with a bit of monochrome, the other plane has the modern skinpack :)
