Cautious VIPs

Description
Scientist and Engineer VIPs can now have Phantom and Deep Cover as default perks.

Regular civilians or the Hostile VIPs are not affected.

You can use your VIP as a scout or a spotter, but that's crazy dangerous for your mission objective.

-= CUSTOMIZE =-

You can give them both perks, just one, or none via the INI config file.

Default: Deep Cover is enabled, Phantom is disabled.

INI FILE:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\697373180\Config\XComVIPConfig.ini

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

No overrides.

-= LW2 COMPATIBILITY =-

I really don't think this will cause problems, but you are advised that LW has a lot more civs, rebels and other VIP type units. Consider this mod a BETA for LW2.

This fix is rolled out in my Ability Tweaks WOTC mod if you'd like. But that's a big package or my AI work (ADVENT Future AI).

I have searched the defaultgamedata, but both Civilian and VIP or together give me no result. I have looked under other files as well, but get nothing as well.

Can you tell where to find the VIP health, i have looked all the place but just cant find it. My VIP keeps getting killed by AOE damage and it's getting really annoying.

@Loel Lyons Civilians would need a Pistol and the Pistol Fire ability, and even then i dont think they have any animations.

excellent. any idea what would happen if you gave them the 'return fire' perk?
