It does indeed. As a bolt action rifle, it has the same stats as my M24 modded rifle. (You'll have to check that one for the stats, I don't remember what they are off the top of my head)

If you have both mods, they should both show up.

Does this replace you m24 mod or is standalone where you can use either or?

I was using mod compilation XNT. Awitched to workshop content only now working fine.

You'll need to "install" the mod once you have subscribed to it. (I'm sure you've done this before since you say you have other mods, but just in case, I'll tell you how anyway) Start the game launcher, click "modding tools" and then find the L115A3 mod. Select it, and then click the "install" button. That should make the weapon appear ingame. If not, I'm not sure what to tell you :\
