Description
A low density commercial version of Angie's. It's level 3, so it might tage a bit before you see it in your city. Just like it's leisure counterpartner it's a modified version of my glass works

Damn, I had hoped I could easily convert it from the AD asset, but seems it's not that easy. I'll update this later today with a fix.

Indeed! It's kinda possible for ploppables with RICO and the sub buildings enabler, but official support would be awesome.

It would be neat if they could cross zone some buildings. Shops on the bottom floor(s) and housing above

Hmm, yeah that's weird. :S I'll see if I can figure out why it does that. It works as LD commercial though, so not sure why Steam lists it as LD residential too.
