Upgraded Battery

Upgrade to the standard battery block in max stored power, max power input and max power output.

Ohh and you can recover the Power Cells if you grind the battery.

It was my intention to increase the required components to balance the battery but I wasn't able to do it probably because Keen's fault, always throws a critical error.

Components required are now higher than original battery to balance the mod as of Update 01.138.

Large Block
- Max Power Output: 120 MW
- Max Required Power Input: 300 MW
- Max Stored Power: 30 MWh

Small Block
- Max Power Output: 43.2 MW
- Max Required Power Input: 120 MW
- Max Stored Power: 10.8 MWh
