Description

Adds Portugal under the Marquis of Pombal as a new civilization. Does not replace or modify Maria's Portugal.

Supports Civ IV Traits in Civ V, Cities in Development, Cultural Diversity, Enlightenment Era, Map Labels, Wish for the World, and Yet (not) Another Earth Map Pack. Does not yet support Events & Decisions (it won't break anything, but there aren't any unique events or decisions); support for E&D may come in a future update.

When playing this with the latest Vox Populi/Community Balance Patch build, the moment I met another civ, who had presumably gotten their first policy before I did, my cost for next policy underflowed into the negatives, letting me immediately take every policy. Pretty funny, gonna try it with policy saving turned on so I can take another turn.

Thank you for implementing a very good portuguese historical character! Marquês de Pombal has much more importance in portuguese history than Maria I! (IMHO)
