Description
This mod aims to make the habitability mechanic more interesting and realistic by replacing the planet wheel with a more complex system. Each planet preference has a unique combination of secondary/tertiary preferences and the frequency of the extreme clim

Can confirm, loaded with in progress save and preferences are correct per mod. Liking the idea so far!

The idea was that normally each preference would have 2 secondary and 2 tertiary climates but with these changes they either have 4 tertiary or 2 secondary. I was thinking of changing the values to either 90%,80%,50% or 80%,50%,35% to keep them at the borders of the pop happines ratings but went with a compromise instead.

I like the idea behind the mod, but I'm not in favour of the habitability changes. I don't see why you need a boost to habitability to keep it balanced, and if anything, I'd raise the habitability for tertiary planets, but keep vanilla values for primary and secondary planets.
