Naval Uprise - Increase your max naval cap (1.1.0)

Description
I searched for a mod to increase my maximum naval cap - but they were'nt up to date so I decided to create my own.

The only thing it does it to increase your maximum naval cap to a ridiculous number so it should be impossible to hit.

This mod increases the maximum naval cap so yes every empire benefits from this.

Sciencenerd159, have you raised your cap over 1000? This mod just makes that possible. You still need to reach that by upgrading spaceports etc.

Does thos mod not work with other mods? I added it and activated it, but it doesnt seem to work. Do you have a list of mods that it doesnt work with?
