Description
Behold the second in my line of battlemechs! This particular build is the Mad Cat... or the Timber Wolf... however you prefer to call it. This is - dare I say it - one of my most quality builds. I am very pleased with the end result - and hope you will as well.

The Mad Cat is an iconic figure in the Mechwarrior franchise. It is (one of) the first invading Clan mechs to be seen by the Inner Sphere. The mech has become almost like a symbol of Mechwarrior.

As is my trend - the build uses NO movers. However, the Mad Cat comes with jump jets. If you want the 2x walker bonus repaint the couplers attaching them to an unused colour.

Statistics:
>8387 Health | UPDATE 1 -> 10062 Health
>2592 Energy | UPDATE 1 -> 2832 Energy
>4636.77 Weight | UPDATE 1 -> 4916 Weight
>4773 Blocks | UPDATE 1 -> 5088 Blocks
>2 Beamers - each has 3 2-long beamers compacted into it (Large Lasers)
>8 rapid cannons (Machine Guns)
>2 shotgun cannons (Autocannons)
>8 Launchers (LRMs)

Features:
>A first person view that enables you to look around the cockpit. Indicator screens/lights show Backup Gyro state, Friction state, and Torso Lock state.
>360 degree torso rotation
>Jump Jets
>Interchangeable camos/paintjobs

Controls:
W - Move forward
A - Turn left
D - Turn right
Spacebar - Jump jets
Left Shift (Toggle) - Torso Lock. This unlocks the torso and allows the upper torso to rotate independently from the legs.
F (Toggle) - First Person view.
R (Toggle) - Arm Lock. This unlocks the arms and enables them to move around with the camera.
1 (Toggle) - Backup Forward Gyro. If the mech tilts backwards (most likely on slopes) then activate this. It will help keep the mech upright.
2 (Toggle) - Toggles friction. This will allow the mech to turn when off.
Mouse1 - Cannons
Mouse2 - Beamers
Mouse3 - Launchers
3 - Machine Guns

You may have noticed that in the images, each picture features a different coloured Mad Cat. This is one of the features of this particular build.

While editing the Mad Cat, there are rows of unattached coloured cubes at the bottom. This is the colour pallet. The cubes are arranged in rows with 4 blocks in each row - the colours in 1 row go together.

Using the Mouse3 button - you can colour select from these cubes. (After colour picking, I suggest modifying the colour ever so slightly - so that when you use right click, the colour pallet doesn't get changed as well.)

After colour picking, use the right mouse button on the similar blocks. This will replace all of that 1 colour with your chosen colour.

Enjoy!

UPDATE 1:
>Mad Cat has been updated with a hanging pendant in the cockpit. It will swing around as you play.
>Beamers and cannons have been seperated on the arms. Autocannons are on the right arm, and beamers are on the left.
>Added Antenna
>Body has been filled in - resulting in increased hp and energy

The Mad Cat (or Timber Wolf Varient) did not have jump jets. The tonnage of the mech was too great for jump jets to be introduced into its chassis.
