Various Suppression Fixes

Description
-= FIXES =-

- Fixes Stasis not stopping the unit Suppressing targets (the target will spend the round with a -35/-50 penalty even if the firing stops from the shooter being disabled by stasis)
- Fixes PSI Bomb from also not stopping the Suppressing unit (you ran out of ammo, so stop it already)
- Fixes Return Fire triggering from Suppression ability use (you're not supposed to overwatch fire when suppressed, and return fire is reaction fire). This also fixes a Time Dilation bug where the suppressor is now in super slow motion for the rest of the round.
- Return Fire: (Should) no longer trigger if the unit is panicked (consider this a bonus fix).

-= KNOWN ISSUES =-

Before the Suppression effect is removed for PSI Bomb/Stasis, the enemy will jerk up and down 5-6 times (as if it was firing its gun) and then it will be removed properly. This takes about 12 seconds, be patient. The game is trying to reconcile what is happening.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

No overrides. Injects a RemoveEffects into Stasis, PSI Bomb and a SuppressedShooterCondition in Pistol Return Fire.

-= LW2 COMPATIBILITY =-

This mod wasnt integrated totally in LW2. It would need to be retooled to work properly with it.

-= WOTC COMPATIBLITY =-

NOPE. Uses AmbientNarrativeCriteria which breaks in WOTC.

I dont do LW fixing anymore theres too many issues like how you can use some stuff when bound its ridiculous

Any hope you can fix CCS firing on friendlies when the soldier is panicked?

Added a fix where Pistol Overwatch (Return Fire) was triggered when the unit was panicked. Return Fire no longer procs when the unit is panicked.

LOS was deleted its already part of the SuppressionPlus package

This was Stasis Fix then Stasis/Psi Bomb and then i discovered Return Fire also was fucked up so i merged it here

This was "SuppressionShotLOSFix" wasn't it?

Only suppression mod that's been updated recently so I'm assuming it's just because of the name change

Updated to prevent Pistol Return Fire to trigger when the ability that triggers it is Suppression. Renamed mod, added new picture.

Updated to add PSI Bomb so the suppressor is stopped cold when the weapon ammo is emptied.

@Nitewolf It wouldn't be very balanced to have proximity mines exploding and not waking up aliens. In fact I went the opposite way you are proposing, in my Customize All Abilities mod by default I make it so tossing a Proximity Mine breaks concealment -immediately-.

I understand your logic, but it's not fair to the opponent.
