Fishing Harbor (Rico Enabled, Use with Quay)

Description
This is a functional fishing harbor that behaves as a farming extractor lot. This is to emulate a fishing industry. Now you can build fishing villages and communities.

This lot DOES NOT require After Dark, unlike the previous harbor.

THIS SHOULD BE USED ON A QUAY.

This would also need to be used with Sharp Junction Angles to place the harbor on a quay.

Ploppable RICO is required for this to function.

This lot also needs Extra Landscaping Tools to place fertile land on the coastline so the lot can produce farming goods.

Details:
Lot Type: Farm Extractor (must be placed on shoreline)
Lot Size: 1x3
Cost: 1000
Workers: 15

Sadly, I'm not too skilled at making boats. I'll look into finding a model and converting it.

Nice! Can you make a fishing boat/vessel?

@Dezelles
No. All you need is to place it on an shoreline with fertile soil. Of course, you need to place the fertile soil on the shoreline yourself using the Extra Landscaping Tool.

Question: is it necessary to create a specialized district?
