Disorient Dodge Penalty [LL]

Description
Being disoriented provokes an additional Dodge penalty on top of regular effects. You will not see opponents who are dizzy dodge like ninja masters anymore.

Note that this also affects XCOM, any disorient provoked by enemies causes the same thing.

-= DEFAULT =-

Value is -20, just like aim. Also, the enemy with the most dodge in the original game has 25 dodge, and XCOM seldom naturally has more than 30, so it sounds reasonable.

-= CUSTOMIZATION =-

You can adjust the Dodge removal value. You will notice if you put very high dodge penalties or if you disorient units without dodge the tooltip will indicate negative values. NOTE: Negative dodge promotes hits to crits in LW2. A disoriented unit with this mod is easier to crit.

-= KNOWN ISSUES =-

Stunned Units can dodge: This is a vanilla bug. Stunned Effects do not support stat changes, I cannot fix it. I have not seen a stunned unit in LW2 dodge, so I think it's fixed.

-= COMPATIBILITY (LL LOAD LAST) =-

Since this mod doesn't have any overrides because it's simply not possible to override X2StatusEffects, it should be loaded dead last or close so it can update all existing Disorient effects from all abilities and items already inside the game added through modding.

To make sure this mod loads last, unsub and resub. It should be at the bottom. You'll have to do it again if you install a disorient-related mod.

-= LW2 COMPATIBILITY =-

The mod is generic, it will find all effects, so I predict this will be 100% compatible. Hopefully LW2 fixes the Stun Dodge also.

Sorry I had no idea what to put, so I put an enemy that dodges a lot that's disoriented. Yeah, real original.

Yeah I have EU AIM rolls installed. I used that in conjunction with improved flashbangs.

Huh.... I guess maybe it's only on stunned. Now that I think about it I guess I never have seen a frozen unit dodge. I know for sure that stunned units have dodged though.

My bad though, guess I didn't quite think that out well enough.

I just gave 100% dodge to a Muton. I fired on it, it dodged. I then froze it with a frost bomb. It did not dodge, you are incorrect.
