Yes I don't like Influence Sinks. :P

Does what it says on the tin. All planets cost 1 influence to colonise.

Heya!
Would it be possible to make a single mod with all the 'no maintenance' mods in one pack? I already have quit a few mods active, and my game is beginning to groan under the metaphorical weight. Or could I simply take the mod files, put them in one file and do it that way? If you could tell me if that would work it would be much appreciated so I could do it myself.
