Better Helicopters

Description
The mod works with Brave New World (tested).

Change log:

v2:
1. Changed from melee attack to range attack, with range of 1 so that helicopters can attack naval units.
2. Reduced Combat Strength to 50 while keeping Ranged Strength at 60.
3. Added Amphibious Promotion to all newly built Helicopter Gunships.

1. Removed embarktion promotion for helicopter gunship so that they can fly over water.
2. Added Cannot Enter Deep Ocean Promotion to all newly built Helicopter Gunships. so that helicopter gunship can only fly over coast as it should.
3. Added Can Move After Attacking to all newly build Helicopter Gunships.

Known Issues:

1. When Helicopter Gunship is killed on coast tiles, they will crash down to the water as if it is land, this is an animation issue only, and it does not affect game play.

I agree with the other comments that say they shouldn't fly over the ocean. However, as a happy medium between flying over ocean and not being able to go over water at all, how about make them able to fly over coast and lakes but not ocean?

unfortunately this doesnt work on helicopters that are not newly built (but upgraded from anti tank canon) otherwise great mod!

They can fly over the ocean. Just like somebody said, Civ 5's scale is comical.

This is a great idea. I especially like the idea of turning them into ranged units, since it makes it so they can't capture cities (which is kind of nonsensical).

They can't fly far and long. Civ 5's scale comical. In terms of gameplay, being able to fly over the ocean in this game would make it a blue water unit. It's not, nor should it be.

Rather than them not being able to fly over ocean, why not make it so they take say, 10 damage a turn for each turn they are in the ocean, sorta like fuel, an insentive not to just fly all over the sea but still some realism as Helicopters on NAVY vessels and rescue helicopters can fly over ocean, just an idea

Of course! Helicopters can't fly over ocean, that's why naval helicopters don't exist!
