I have made a Google Spreadsheet with all the mods I use to play Banished :

The mods are sorted by load order.
For the mods that are located @ Black Liquid Software and World of Banished, you need to have a free account to download them!

The downloaded files that have a .rar or .zip extension are compressed and you need to extract them. The extracted files have a .pkm extension and need to be placed in the following location on your hard drive :

c:\progam files (x86) > steam > steamapps > common > banished > windata

It's advised, when you enable mods for Banished, you first quit the game and restart it. This to avoid game crashes!

edit : if you click the link , steam won't let you go to the spreadsheet due to safety reasons. Just copy the link and paste it in your browser! It's safe. Not all of my mods are in the workshop, that's why I made the spreadsheet. it has links to all the mods. maybe that's the reason why steam warns you for potential danger.
