AA CE - Vanilla Compatibility Patch

Updated for 1.17.x.x

Description:
This patch allows you to use Contest Europa and keep culture the same as in the vanilla game.
You need to activate it in the mod list along with CE to get it to work.

This patch is necessary because of some additions CE makes to Manchu culture and because of errors CE corrects in 4 vanilla country tags (MIN, JIN, WAR and MON are changed to MII, JII, WAA and MNT - left as is they create errors)

Compatibility:
This mod requires no DLC but can be used with all DLC
