Put this into Steam/steamapps/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons

I know there is a mod on the l4d2 maps that does this but it doesn't have all the quotes. so i went through all the wav files and changed them myself. (over 2950 wav files). there is a bug where some of the quotes are slower and deeper. i might fix that. i don't know though. it doesn't do all of the passing quotes. only some.
