Replaces the Sniper Rifle with the "Railgun" from Quake 4.

This mod changes stats.

Models, textures and sounds are from "Quake 4", I do not take any credit for those.

We've got every single gun in the game like this, except for the double-barrel. Do you know what's missing? Of course! The bloody Bomb!
