Playable Race: Androids

Description
A simple mod to add a more difficult race, the Android. A mix of human appearance and needs with Skeleton medical and upgrading system should provide a unique challenge to seasoned players.

The Androids are found under the race tab instead of Skeleton sub-race. I may adjust this in later versions. Currently being it's own separate race enables Androids to blend in among Holy Empire citizens. Depending on feedback from the players I may adjust this.

This is my first mod and I'm still working to insure it is properly balanced so all feedback is appreciated! I've not encountered any bugs as simple as the mod is, but if anything occurs just let me know and I'll fix it ASAP.

Features:

Human Appearance
Stealth Oriented skillset
Industrial detriment to skillset
Robotic Medical needs
Ability to swim (Yay, skin!)

Planned additions:

Hunger if viable.
Tweaks to characteristics as necessary for challenge/balance.
Potentially customized skins for a more unique feel.

Note:

Due to the way the "Is Robot" flag works hunger being enabled doesn't seem to actually work. Hopefully in future updates of the modding tools it can be rectified.

Any modder may use this file to build upon it. A simple mention as the original author would be nice, but is not necessary.

I know this is necroed but can anyone confirm if this race is found in game or only at game start?

possible a better way to work this mod (its well done as is) but to get the full impact you desire, it would be best to make them a human subtype with more hp to the chest and head to make up for the metal based exo skeleton and create new robot limbs with stats altering the race as you like (more stealth less industrial work etc) then alter the limbs so they look human

will still aggro the holy nation because they hate all things labeled is robot regardless of how it looks, but it would allow food, require the player to use both mechanical (for robotic appendages) and medical (for the androids living organs which are located in the stomach, chest, and brain! :D )

btw im saying make a custom start with the new race and have the new race start either with no limbs, or at a location you design for "building" these characters where they walk into a peeler, remove limbs, and equip some android limbs laying around

It has been a while since I've played, but I should be able to see if the tools have been updated. If so I'll look into revamping it and updating this. Sorry about the neglect I've just been quite busy.

Hm, I may need to remake the mod. I believe there was a bugfix that addressed that issue a while back after I made this. Currently I'm busy with work, but when I get some freetime I'll recreate it and that should fix the problem. Thanks for letting me know!

That's odd. I have a character that lives in the Holy Empire and they have yet to be attacked. What start did you choose and is there any possibility that you had a bounty or something?
