There's definitely a fine balance to be struck.
Thanks for pointing it out though, appreciated!
Also, yeah, positioning the laser cube is a bit awkward as of now but again not impossible.. hmm.. may as well change it right now anyway :P
Again thanks for the feedback!
Alex: Thanks for the feedback, I know this one is pretty linear and fairly easy, especially if you know where to look. This map was more of a test for myself to see if I could make an un-bypassable map.. which has a very high possibility of making it extremely linear as you found out. I'm working on a new one as we speak which should be a bit less linear but still only have a few inteded ways of solving it.
The lightbridge, yeah I could possibly set a better angle for the panel but I'm pretty okay with the way it is now, if anything else big comes up I'll update then.
I know that you can get to the exit door but as you noticed yourself, it's fine since you can get back and it's closed unless the button is activated.
The angled lightbridge is a bit awkward to jump from and positioning the laser cube is a bit awkward so close to water. Those bits could be improved. Also I would try and use some lights around your features so that the ant lines are not such a mess.
BTW, there is a way into the exit room from the start. But it's ok because the exit door is shut and you can still get back.
