TotD Hybrid Main Menu

Description
Just as the title suggests, this mod features a new main menu, basically taking the pre-Tale of the Dragon main menu, but adding the TotD dragon on top of it. I felt the Tale of the Dragon menu, while nice, didn't represent the game as a whole very well. So I made this.
