Description
A Note:

How LW2 handles .ini modifications is weird and not even messing around with load order will work. You may need to alter LW2's XComLW_Overhaul.ini in order to add mod slots to weapons.

NOTE: This mod does not strictly require both DLCs - it will work if only one of them is installed.

Enables upgrade slots on SPARK Rifles and Alien Hunters weapons (Boltcaster, Pistol, Axe), set to follow vanilla rules (1 - 2 - 2) by default.

That can be adjusted in the XComModdableSPARKRifles.ini found in the mod's folder located at (wherever XCOM 2 is installed)steamapps\workshop\content\268500\717783955\Config

For Long War 2, open this mod's XComLW_OverHaul.ini instead (located in the same place described above), and uncomment the lines pertaining to hunter weapons if you're not using a mod like Buildable Hunter Weapons, which will do their own thing relating to that.

Note that the original .ini may end up fully overriding, in which case that'll need to be adjusted to LW2's values of 3 slots for all tiers.

There is also a variable in the .ini to make Alien Hunters weapons have only one slot.

Do you mean altering the weapon model so it shows the laser sight or what have you? This mod doesn't do that, there aren't any assets for doing it.

Hi have gotten the slots to work and functions in battle - extend mag adding extra rounds etc,
but can see the modifications on the weapon as the are equipped or in battle.
does this mod add the visuals ?
any one confirm please ?

5 min fix for this, just add: RequiresXPACK=true to ModdableSPARKRifles.XComMod.

thats all. then it works... crazy that no one could just change that or write that down. I dont get this fucking internet world. just sickness.

fixed it by my own. took me 5 mins... never listen to wanna dragon32 kacknaps. just think for yourself. the fix is and was easy. he linked a complete nonsense guide, just to show everyone, how retarded he is haha. pwned you. fucking loser.

it is not shown even on content/workshop folder. checked all folders. no moddable DLC weapons folder. even if I have followed the mod. what can I do about? why it is not even shown in my folders? please help.

@Dragon32 is clearly not capable in offering any soloutin to this. as he just linked an overall general trouble waste of time topic, that has zero to do with this. please someone a clear fix what exactly to change, to make this mod work again and be shown in the normal mod launcher, cause I cannot mod the weapons. please help.
