Revelations 2012 - The Forest

Description
One of the Battleground mode maps from Revelations 2012, backported to Left 4 Dead 2 as a survival mode map.

While it may not be perfect, I've had this sitting around on the Workshop for a while, I believe the map is playable, so I'm releasing it rather than just keeping it stashed in my archives.
