Turret Bulwark (Even When Dead)

Description
ADVENT, XCOM and Lost Turrets all get the Bulwark perk, which makes them provide cover.

This includes aliens and XCOM alike, the mod does not discriminate.

Also, this makes all turrets gain 1 point of armor just like the perk. If you don't like it, edit your turrets and remove 1 armor point across the board.

-= OPTIONAL =-

If you want MECs to behave like SPARKS, you can also make all MECs have Bulwark. It's off by default. Check the config file, and put it to true. You'll also need to reduce all MEC armor by 1 to maintain the same numbers.

-= GAME BALANCE =-

Enemies are more prone to using turrets for cover on floors. It might make enemies easier to kill since you can grenade them and then they fall off with the turret. It's up to you, I use a mod that reduces grenade environmental damage slightly so it takes 2 frags to destroy floors.

I foresee no major problems. I'm going on a limb and say 100% compatibility.

-= DLC3 COMPATIBILITY =-

Yes, the Lost Turrets are included but nobody in the missions can use cover so it's just for consistency (or for XCOM really).

DLC3 is also required for the Bulwark Perk.

-= WOTC + TLP COMPATIBILITY =-
NO, it uses AmbientNarrativeCriteria still. Use something else.

this seems to do something fucky with my spark and it will prevent SPARKs from being able to be promoted.

if you go to the promotion screen of a spark it'll softlock the game and force you to alt+F4 inorder to quit the game.

If a mod isnt marked as wotc compatible its not and if you try its always on you. This is valid for every mod from any author, unlesssss the autor specifies the compat error msg can be bypassed. In this specific case this mod shoulllld work, but im not supporting it. Its in my Ability Tweaks mod which is supported in the future.

Besides, I don't want tohave to download your mod only to find out afterwards that it isn't compatable. It really is up to you to mark these things.

Not always, some mods do seem to work even if they are 'out of date'.

turrets are not cover. just came out of the lost towers mission in wotc and those turrets were 100% not cover
