Dark Souls Style Iron Flesh

Description
This mod adds in a spell book in Dragonsreach that gives you the Iron Flesh spell from Dark Souls!
The spell makes you move 50% slower, but increases your Armor rating by 400 when activated. You can find it in Dragonsreach, in front of the stairs as soon as you walk in.

Interesting spell, but you should probably make it more difficult to get in order to balance the mod.

For everyone requesting Spell improts, alot of them would need new animations and would be damned hard to do.... untill August 24th when the game comes out on PC THEN we might see some :3
