Runic Shields

Description
This mod adds three new shield which can be found in winterhold collage in the arch mage quarters. each shield has a high armour rating and have different enchantments.

- this mod currently replaces the 1st person texture on the blades sheild but i plan on fixing that soon

had to unsubscribe because i can not get in to the place ou put them.its locked and only a key will open the door.

interesting how i recently had a similar idea (on hit activated effects)
but unfortunately im not even done with the tutorial yet -.-
anyway will favorite it ^^

i may play around with the enchantments soon and make them a bit more balanced. and as someone suggested i may try to get a on hit effect on the shield like the rune spells.
