Valuable Veterans - Quarter Effect

But it only has quarter of the affect, as requested.

The pretense around this mod is that makes Veterans more valuable in the army. As in most Total war games veterans are only a little bit better than standard troops, this changes that.

It adds a significant morale (leadership) boost for Veterans and makes them better at Melee attacking and defending, meaning they become some of the best units in the army, and the least likely to break.

It is save game compatible.

It works on all races.

Known issues:
The Skaeling and Varg's smithy buildings add 3 ranks per building - with three buildings in a region they can create armies full of rank 9 (3 gold cheveron) units, which this mod buffs. The grim and the grave DLC gives Vlad Von Carstein a huge bonus to unit veterancy after level 4, if you want to remove (well nerf to the point it is useless) then this addon is highly recommended: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760140713
