Secret Hitler Cheat/Troll Proof

This fork of Lycake/LostGod's script has many changes, the foremost being that it is cheat proof.

-Role/Policy Cards have been removed
-When an investigation is due the current president may press a button to investigate the color of his choice.
-After hitler territory or the fifth liberal a button is presented that when pressed by 3 people will display the roles and spawn role cards
-The note taker has an "auto" function which when pressed writes in the current president -> current chancellor.
-Placards now stack! (so quit asking)
-Bullets are automatically unlocked
-Auto Shuffle the policy cards when the deck runs out
-Note Taker has been updated
-Topdecking has been automated. Clicking "Downvote" on the note taker will move the tracker. Once the tracker has been moved 3 times or "Top Deck" has been hit on the note taker the top card will be put on the board.
-All objects are immovable until the start of the game. This will stop those pesky trolls from lagging up the server by throwing stuff around and requiring a restart before the game.
-Only the note taker can take notes.
-You may manually reshuffle by clicking the "Reset Deck" button on the note taker.
-Cards are now dealt by clicking on the draw pile. Discard as normal. Only the president can draw.
-Policy cards may now be put back in the draw pile, if the same card is put in twice for a limited time you may put any policy card back in.

No longer lose games to people throwing out their role cards or accidentally flipping. No longer risk a cheater being able to see all the roles.

This script has hardly gone through rigorous testing. Please leave a comment with any issues or changes you would like to see.

**Newly Added**
-Inspect buttons are now party membership cards, just click on the card.
-There is not an Auto Prev button which moves the previous pres/chanc placs to the previous pres/chanc if auto was used.
