Low upkeep unit mod for Kingdom under heaven

Description
Basically what the tittle says. this mod is for my personal use only and id like to share it somehow here you go

this mod is for the mod Kingdom Under Heaven :the last Crusade
what does it do? it lowers the unit upkeep up to -50 to -70%

i dont think i can update this anymore as i no longer play the kingdom under heaven but you can try this mods
-60%upkeep all units

does not work, upkeep is still in 200-400 range
