In addition the tagging tunes will also be affected by your distance to the event.
If you can't get it to end up as you desire you can pick one of the two mods you like and remove the conflicting part you do not desire to experience. To do this, copy the workshop .vpk from the workshop folder and paste it on your addons folder (this will load before main menu). Then use vpk editor and remove the file that conflicts from the package. Then you can either unsub from the workshop you copied or instead leave it as is but unmark it's checkbox from the addons menu.
If there is a conflict with a voice mod it's because that voice mod is doing more than changing character voice lines, like changing the tagged state tunes.
